I survived!

Well, Terpsichore has come and gone, and I survived unscathed! No cuts, no burns, no sprained ankles or pulled muscles. A little soreness from so much time on my feet, but that's not unusual. Many, many thanks to grimfaire, sapphireone, and takumitakahashi for all the good vibes and fairy dust! The event itself was lots of fun. The entire ball was played by live musicians, who totally kicked butt! My class went well, I learned some neat new dances, saw some good old friends I haven't seen in ages, and flinx and I looked fabulous! Had a tiny little post-revel with saltatoria, one of the friends I haven't seen in ages. Much Izzard was quoted (like you do). All in all, an excellent weekend.

Now I'm going back to bed.
